- Available in three versions: basic, self-cleaning tooth (SPS) and stainless steel (THOS).
- Made of a special alloy approved for indirect and direct contact with food.
- Body with a tensile strength of 1450 N/mm2.
- The hardness of the blade ranges from 59 to 65 HRC.
- The angle of attack of the teeth in the range of 0 – 5°. Tooth opening (cut) 1 mm.
